Most items will be delivered by TNT/Fedex, Royal Mail, or UPS,
Lithium-ion batteries will have a Dangerous goods delivery charge of £39.99, unless Delivered by our own transport.

Delivery times will depend on location and products ordered,
this will be made clear at check out.
Return & Exchange Policy
​
1, Should you discover a fault with products that you have received you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to help and talk you through your options, via online chat or email, bmzserviceuk@outlook.com, Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, we do not cover accidental damage caused by the customer.
2, If the fault is found within 30 days of purchase, and we cannot fix the fault in a reasonable time frame, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange (subject to stock availability). If a fault is discovered after 30 days but within the guarantee period of your product, you should contact us about the product, we will assist with your issue.

​3, If you want to return your product unused and unopened, this must be within 14 days after delivery, this will be at your expense, and the delivery cost is also recoverable from your payment, if the product has been opened and or used we may charge a re-stocking charge (which is 25% of the purchase price of the Goods) by you.​

4, For the avoidance of doubt, and excluding Clauses 2 and 1 (where applicable), cancellation rights do not apply for sales to trade, business or profession. If we do accept the cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation charge (which is 25% of the purchase price of the Goods).
